Return & Exchange

• Our customers' satisfaction and expectations are important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that it is in its original package, undamaged, unused and the labels are not removed.

 

• In order for the return requirements to be valid, be sure to check the item upon recieving courier delivery. If you see any damage, do not take delivery of the item also by making an incident report. Changes made to item, deformation of item, or damage on original design of the item are excluded from the scope of return.

 

• If the item you purchased through our site turns out to be defected, you must contact us via our 📱0545 353 96 99 Whatsapp line within 14 days from the delivery date. Following this information, the defected item you send to us via the courier company will be replaced with a new one.

 

 

• If the ordered item deformed due to customer use or if the item was used within 14 days, the item cannot be returned or replaced. In terms of item return and replacement conditions, practices in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 are essential.

• If for any reason you are not happy with your order; You can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that it is in its original package, unused and labels have not been removed. 

• After finding your Order showing the item you want to return from "My Account > Orders" section, click the  button. You can send the item you want for return using the form in that page.

 

• If you cannot see the "Return Request" button in Orders section, it means that the return process has ended. Refunds are made once per order.

• Once we receive your returned item we will notify you and start with the Refund Process immediately. However, it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the payment and to reflect it into your account.

• For Bank Transfer customers, our Customer Care will request your bank account details by e-mail or via Whatsapp in order to transfer your refund.

• For Credit Card Customers, refund will be transfered directly back to the bank account that was used for purchasing.

• Service fees such as Duty Fees and Shipping Fees are not refunded.

• Once we receive your returned items, you will be informed by either email or via Whatsapp immediately.

• We make sure all refunds to all our customers are processed immediately once confirmed. If you haven't recieved your refund within 14 days, please check with your bank first.

• If you still haven't recieved your refund, please contact our Customer Care via our 📱0545 353 96 99 Whatsapp line.

• When you make your payment by credit card with the installment option, the product refund will be divided by the number of installments and returned to your credit card every month.

• "İade Taleplerim" bölümünden iade ödeme yöntemini "Para Puan" olarak belirlediğinizde iadesini gerçekleştirdiğiniz ürün bedeli hesabınıza para puan olarak tanımlanır. Daha sonrasında tanımlı parapuanınızla istediğiniz ürünün siparişini verebilirsiniz.

• For all returns made within appropriate time period for return procedure, you can send the item to MNG Kargo company with return code 437261167 ( Kilimce ), with a counter payment.


• For shipments made with other courier companies, the shipping cost must be covered by you, otherwise the counterpaid shipment will not be delivered.
