Shipping & Delivery

• If your orders are not specified as "🚀 Express Delivery" on the product information page, they will be supplied and delivered to the courier company within 10 days.

 

• Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered to your address within 1-3 business days, depending on the distance. Since courier companies are not working during public holidays, deliveries cannot be made during these periods.

 

• Orders placed on the weekend are delivered on Monday due to courier companies off.

 

• You can check the current status of your order from the "Orders" tab in the "My Account" section.

• When your order is dispatched, you will be sent an informative e-mail. You can track your parcel with your shipment tracking number included in the content of the sent e-mail.

 

• By creating a membership account, you can log in to your account and follow the current status of your order.

 

• You can see the status of your order on the "Order Details" page under the "Orders" tab.

 

• The phrase "Your order is being prepared" means that your order has reached us and is in the preparation phase.

 

• The phrase "Shipped" means that your order has been shipped from our company to the courier company.

 

• You can follow the process after the order is shipped from the courier company.

• First, you should check your order from the "My Account" tab on your home page.

 

• If your order is in "Shipped" status, no changes can be made after the order is placed to ensure the security of your order and correct delivery.

• Courier delivery; It is done through MNG Kargo.

 

• In order for your delivery to be made accurately and easily, you must fill in your address information completely.

 

• Please do not accept damaged parcels and immediately contact us via 📱0545 353 96 99 Whatsapp line. 

• You have the right to request identification from the courier officer before making payment for your orders with cash on delivery.

• If your order is not in the "Shipped" status, you can cancel your order yourself by entering the "Orders" section in the "My Account" tab, or you can submit your cancellation request via 📱0545 353 96 99 Whatsapp line.

 

• In order for us to serve you better, we kindly ask you to specify the reason for cancellation in your request.

• During the delivery process, your parcel will be delivered if the name verification matches the address you have given. No identification is required. The signature of the person receiving your parcel will be required at the delivery address. 

 

• If there is no one at the address, the courier will try to reach you again. You may leave a card to pick up your parcel or reschedule a delivery date.

 

• Parcels returned to the courier company must be received within 3 business days. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned to the exit branch with the knowledge of the sender.

• If you notice damage upon recieving, do not take the parcel.

 

• If you noticed damage after delivery: You must take photos of the product and the package.

• For product replacement, simply fill out the replacement form and specify all the details in the description section of the form.

• Our delivery abroad is provided through PTT Kargo, with the shipping cost being reflected to our customer.
